I’m not good with computers, can I organise my name badges over the phone?
Yes definitely, please feel free to call us on 1300 132 980 and we would be more than happy to discuss your requirements.


How can I pay for my name badges?
At the completion of the build a badge process, this will calculate the total cost of your badge and ask you to proceed to checkout whereby you can pay be Credit Card Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.


If I don’t have a credit card do you offer alternative payment options?
Yes we accept direct deposit or cheque (however please note that delivery of your name badges will be sent once this has been cleared).

I require a certain colour background for our badge can you do this?
We certainly can please call us or email your exact requirements so we can colour match your CMYK colour as close as possible.


I would like to get badges made for our company but you don’t offer the size we require, can you do other sizes?
Yes we can please call or email us to advise what size you require.


Our company requires a logo on an engraved badge can you accommodate this request?
Depending on the detail in the logo and what formats you can provide this logo to us this is definitely possible, the main issue with doing a logo on an engraved badge is that the engraver will only engrave outside lines of your logo and therefore doesn’t include the finer details. If your logo is quite detailed you may wish to look at a Full Colour badge option alternatively if you must have an engraved logo we can certainly provide a quote and discuss this with you.


I was wondering do you offer other background colours not just white, gold and silver?
Yes we can certainly organise this to match your specific colours, please just advise us the colour you are trying to achieve and we will match this as close as possible.


We are looking at ordering badges from you and was wondering can you match our existing badges that we have?
We certainly will do our very best and would request you forward a sample of your existing badge to us so we can match this.
